About Event

Craic, Ceol & Chicken Fillet Rolls 🍻

Join us at The Fox this June for a candid panel conversation with some of the Irish hospitality founders shaping London’s pub, food and live entertainment scene.

We’ll hear from:

James O’Donnell, Director at Angel Comedy & The Bill Murray, who has spent the last eight years helping build one of London’s leading independent comedy communities.

Seamus Travers, founder of The Fox and owner of Howl At The Moon in Hoxton, with over 16 years of experience creating Irish pubs with real character and connection.

Emma Moran, founder of Emerald Eats, the Irish food business bringing spice boxes, chicken fillet rolls and modern Irish street food to festivals, venues and events across the UK.

The event will be moderated by Janice Snowden. Janice is the UK brand ambassador for Bushmills and has specialised in the Irish whiskey category for the last decade representing some of Ireland's most iconic distilleries in both the UK and US market.

The panel will explore what brought them to London, the realities of building a business here, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
