Pan Kids Prep Class 🥋🔥
On July 4th, 5:30–7:00 PM at BJJ United, we’re running a high-intensity Pan Kids competition training session designed to push athletes and prepare them for the biggest stage of the year.
Led by Isabele Flores — • 2x IBJJF Pan Kids Champion • 2026 IBJJF European Champion • 2026 IBJJF Pan Bronze Medalist • Multiple IBJJF Open Champion
This session is focused on sharpening competition pace, improving strategy, and building confidence under pressure. The goal is to walk onto the Pan Kids mats ready, confident, and prepared.
Ages 7–15 | Grey belt & up All teams & affiliations welcome
