BOILING POINT: Mutual Aid Gala

​Boiling Point is a gala showcasing local artists, vendors, and musicians. This event is aimed at raising funds to support immigrant families in New York. Artwork, tarot, local vendors and drinks will be available for purchase with proceeds going directly to NYIC.

​NYIC, or New York Immigration Coalition, is a non-profit based in New York that is running a campaign, Emergency Justice Fund, to provide direct cash assistance to immigrants who have been detained.

This supports their commissary and bond funds, costs associated with reuniting with their families, legal fees, housing support, and other basic needs and resources.

​This event is being organized by Ashley Van Eyk (@theperfectbleu), an NYC based artist and activist, and Logina Mostafa, Founder/Director of education and connection initiative Queering Existentialism (@queering_existentialism) as well as acclaimed musician and composer, Dash Lunde (@virtualperfectioncowboy).
