After a long day, most of us just want to switch off — but that's sometimes better done together than alone. Think of this session as shared recovery: two hours to unwind amongst friends. No suits, no pitch decks, no pretense.
You're coming at a discounted rate, and connecting with people you probably wouldn't have met otherwise. Having tried the facilities ourselves, we found this setup genuinely good at cutting through the posturing you get at typical formal events.
Worst case, you get a sauna and ice bath session at a good price. At best? You leave having unlocked doors you never knew existed.

We've kept it deliberately sector and stage agnostic, so come with an open mind — you'll likely end up next to someone building something completely different from what you are, and that's by design. The best perspectives rarely come from someone who looks and thinks exactly like you.
How this works:
You'll wear one wristband:

You are explicitly encouraged to go up to a person wearing a different coloured wristband and strike up a conversation.
Event flow
6:45pm: Registration. Tell reception you're with Altitude — they'll check you in and show you around.
7pm - 9pm: Sauna, plunge, lounge - all at your disposal, to connect with your peers.
After: Dinner (Optional, not included), highly encouraged to attend to meet the rest.
