ClockOut: Reflect, Reset, Recalibrate
We’re halfway through 2025 already.
How are you really doing?
Life moves fast. We start the year full of hopes, goals, and plans—more family time, working on side projects, taking care of our health. But somewhere along the way, the daily grind takes over.
This July, take a moment to step back. Breathe. Reflect. Reset. Recalibrate.
✨ What We'll Do
This ClockOut session is designed to help you check in with yourself and your goals, and explore how you feel about where you are right now.
Together, we’ll gently unpack:
🌱 What have you done so far this year?
🌱 What still calls for your attention?
🌱 How do you feel about the balance between the four big pillars of life: work, play, love, and health?
🌱 What would make the second half of 2025 truly meaningful for you?
Our exercises are inspired by the book “Designing Your Life” by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans—a framework taught for decades at Stanford to help people design joyful, well-lived lives.
You’ll get guided worksheets (digital copies will be provided) to help you map your thoughts. We recommend bringing your own notebook to deepen your reflections and capture insights in your own way.
This meet up and reflection exercise is ADHD friendly :)
🌿 A Cosy, Intimate Vibe
We’re keeping this session intentionally small so there’s room for honest sharing, quiet reflection, and real connection.
We’ll be gathering in a welcoming local café that supports us with the perfect atmosphere to switch off from the noise outside. Participants are encouraged to buy their own drinks and food to support the café hosting us.
Think of it as taking yourself out on a date—to check in with your dreams and give yourself the space you deserve.
🕰️ About ClockOut
ClockOut is a monthly practice space to “clock out” from daily demands and clock in with yourself.
For 2–3 hours, you get to slow down, reflect, and reset—so you can return to the world outside clearer, more intentional, and more connected to what truly matters to you.
The goal? Those aha! moments that show us why we feel the way we do—and what we might want to do about it.
Come as you are. Bring your notebook, your questions, your half-formed goals, your self-doubt, your dreams. Let’s take this mid-year pause together, and make the rest of 2025 truly yours.
After the session, you can donate what you feel is appropriate to the organiser.
