The Heart Opener Experience: Cacao Ceremony, Breathwork, & Sound Journey
Step into a guided experience intended to open your heart and ground you into the essence of love.
This is a journey designed to bring you back home to yourself and the remembrance of our interconnectedness through the medicine of cacao and the transformative power of breath and sound.
This session creates a nurturing space to honor your inner world, build community, and cultivate both individual and collective healing.
We will begin by exploring our connection to Mother Earth by grounding into space and into our bodies. We will then connect to one another and create an intentional container together.
I will then guide the group through a Cacao Ceremony to open our hearts, we will flow into a short slow nourishing breathwork practice, and then transition into a deep listening sound journey in which I will use the combination of my voice and vibrational sound healing instruments to move and release stuck energy in your body, reset your nervous system, and elevate your mind, body and spirit.
We will close the session with integration time, allowing space for reflection and grounding to carry the experience forward with you.
