In an accessible vinyasa flow, we combine breathing techniques, mindful movement, and practical mindfulness tools that help you manage stress more effectively and can be applied directly in your work. All of this supports your well-being, focus, and performance.
The class is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience.

Facilitator/Speaker Bio:
Claudia knows the feeling of rushing, chasing targets, and juggling full calendars within an organization. She lived it, in the heart of Amsterdam, in the office. Until she lost herself.
Fifteen years ago, she discovered yoga. Between the deadlines, she slowly found something again: calm, breath, clarity. The philosophy of yoga settled under her skin and became a way of life.
Now, years later, she helps employees come back home to their bodies. She teaches from her own experience, because she knows how intense working life can be. Her approach makes yoga accessible rather than vague or “spiritual,” with tangible impact: better performance, a better work atmosphere, and deep, lasting relaxation.
Where the pressure is highest, she brings softness.
