Start your Friday with me, Hephzi Pemberton, Founder, Angel and Triathlete. Run and/or swim at your own pace or just join us for coffee.
08:30 departure from W Hotel Barcelona. I will run a 7k route along the waterfront with a short sea swim after, then we gather at 10:30 for coffee at the W.
You are welcome to run or swim at your own pace and join for coffee once finished.
