​A weekly ritual to practice listening to your Self 🟡

​Most of us are fine. Work is fine, life looks fine from the outside. But fine is often the most dangerous word we use. We get so good at managing the outside that we lose the practice of listening to the inside: our voices, our state, the signals of what’s actually true right now.

​You don't have to do this alone.

​That's why we host the Journal Club. To rebuild a practice to listen to your Self. It's a beautiful thing to be in practice and quietly cultivate a life force within that energizes the world around you.

​What to expect

​⟡ Attune: 5 minutes of guided meditation.
⟡ Untangle: 15 minutes of private journaling. Review your week. Notice what's present.
⟡ (Ex)change: 5 minutes to close, and share if you want to.

​What you need

​Pen, paper, yourself. The Google Meet link arrives when you sign up. Your writing is yours. We write together, alone.
