​ARUNCITY – Social Run & Bagno Notturno 🌊🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

​Martedì 4 agosto, alle 19:30, ci ritroviamo al Lido Octopus, in Via Consolare Pompea, per una serata che unisce corsa, mare e nuove connessioni.

​Zero competizione, solo energia positiva e un'unica missione: correre insieme, vivere la città e goderci l'estate. ⚡

​Il format è semplice e aperto a tutti:
5 km di Social Run, un ritmo accessibile, qualche stop per ricompattare il gruppo e tanta voglia di condividere il percorso. Che tu sia un runner esperto o alla tua prima corsa, qui troverai il tuo passo.

​Prima della partenza potrai lasciare zaini, borse e cambio direttamente al Lido Octopus. Al ritorno ci aspetta un meritato bagno notturno, con la possibilità di utilizzare anche le docce del lido per rinfrescarsi dopo la corsa e il tuffo.

​E la serata non finisce qui.

​Dopo il bagno resteremo insieme al lido per bere qualcosa, chiacchierare e conoscere meglio la community. È il momento perfetto per fare nuove amicizie, condividere la passione per la corsa e vivere l'atmosfera unica di ARUNCITY.

​ARUNCITY è il run club di Messina nato per creare movimento, connessioni e senso di appartenenza. Vieni da solo o con un amico: dopo pochi chilometri ti sentirai già parte del gruppo.

​Join us on Tuesday, August 4th at 7:30 PM at Octopus Beach Club, Via Consolare Pompea, for an evening that combines running, the sea, and great people.

​No competition. No pressure. Just positive energy and one simple mission: run together, enjoy the city, and make the most of a summer evening. ⚡

​The format is simple and open to everyone:
A 5K Social Run at an inclusive pace, with a few regrouping stops along the way so nobody gets left behind. Whether you're an experienced runner or taking on your very first 5K, you'll find your place in the group.

​Before we start, you can safely leave your backpack, clothes, and personal belongings at Octopus Beach Club. After the run, we'll head straight into the sea for a refreshing night swim, and you'll also have access to the beach club's showers to freshen up afterwards.

​And the evening doesn't end there.

​Stay with us after the swim to grab a drink, meet new people, and enjoy the summer atmosphere with fellow runners. It's the perfect opportunity to build friendships, share stories, and become part of the ARUNCITY community.
