セッションでは、ご質問にお答えするとともに、ウォレットを安全に保護するためのベストプラクティスや、安全なウォレットエクスポート機能を利用したウォレットの安全な移行方法をご案内します。また、資産を安心して保護していただけるよう、セッションを通して推奨されるセキュリティ対策についてもご紹介します。

ガイダンススライドは情報提供のみを目的としており、1対1でのサポートや、ウォレットのトラブルシューティングを実際に行うことはいたしません。

We are organizing a dedicated guidance session for all SecondFi / Yoroi Wallet users. The session will include:

A Yoroi / SecondFi update from our CEO
A live Q&A with our specialists
Migration guidance slides

We will be available to answer your questions and walk you through best practices on securing your wallet or safely migrating your wallet using our secure wallet export functionality. Recommended security best practices will be covered throughout the session to help you protect your assets with confidence.

The guidance slides are informative only and we will not conduct 1:1 or hands-on wallet troubleshooting.

The session will be conducted in both English and Japanese. Assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
