Research conducted by Better Up and the Josh Bersin company found that leadership development is the most important HR capability and the least invested in.

When a leader demonstrates empathy, the organization is 3x more likely to exceed financial targets and two times more likely to be an innovator or a market leader However, more than 60% of companies spend less than $500 per year on management and leadership development (per person).

Wow, no wonder we have a leadership crisis.

In this workshop, led by HR and Leadership expert Carley Hauck, we’ll explore the fundamental skill sets of conscious leaders, and empower you to advocate and equip your workforce with the leadership development needed to face the complex challenges of today.

Everyone has the opportunity and responsibility to be a leader. However, most leaders do not embody the skills needed for a human-centered, purposeful, and healthy organization because this kind of learning and development hasn't been prioritized.

Speaker Bio: Carley Hauck is an HR and leadership partner, author and Senior Lecturer on leadership at Stanford University. She has over 15 years of expertise in leadership and organizational development, and specializes in partnering with HR and leadership to customize and deliver impactful learning, leadership development, and culture programs that increase psychological safety by 50%, empathy by 75%, resilience, internal mobility, employee engagement, and retention with companies including: Bank of the West, Capital One, Advent Health, Pixar, Genentech, Juniper Networks, and many high growth startups.
