• ​​Sophie Adelman - serial entrepreneur, having cofounded and led Europe's first Edtech Unicorn, Multiverse.io, before cofounding OneGarden, a learning platform for curiosity driven learners focused on the retiree market.  OneGarden raised seed funding from Index Ventures and was acquired by Saga Plc (a UK public company) in 2023. With her extensive experience as an entrepreneur, operator, investor and advisor, Sophie now offers hands-on advice and coaching to a select group of venture-backed Founder CEOs on organisational scaling, startup leadership and GTM strategy.

• ​​Andreas von Habsburg - Managing Director, is responsible for the coverage of important entrepreneur families in the context of their corporate finance needs.The broader team is responsible for supporting origination efforts to source, assess and align execution capabilities for various corporate finance opportunities within UBS. Andreas started his investment banking career in 1989 at Matuschka Group in Munich, joined BNP Paribas (Banexi) Frankfurt in 1994 and became Head of M&A Germany in 1997. After joining UBS Warburg in 2000 he launched CAG Corporate Advisory Group (M&A for clients of WM) in Germany in 2003 and became Global Head CAG in 2006. Since he took various senior roles and responsibilities across London, Zurich and Frankfurt in the field of corporate finance services to clients of WM. He has extensive transaction experience in M&A, privatizations and capital raisings in a wide variety of industries such as automotive, machinery, industrial services, building materials, consumer goods, food and tech related services with a special interest in family-owned businesses. Andreas holds a degree in Business Administration, Commerce and Trading.

• ​​Dr. Federico Buersgens - After completing his doctorate in physics, Federico founded GNA Biosolutions GmbH with two other LMU scientists in 2010 to accelerate molecular diagnostics using an innovative nanothermal approach. As CFO and later CEO, Federico organized five financing rounds with international venture capital investors. In 2020, as CEO, Federico led the exit and M&A process with Hewlett Packard, which acquired GNA in 2021. Since then, Federico has led the Group's global R&D activities in the field of in-vitro diagnostics and was part of the executive leadership team of the business unit. In addition, Federico Bürsgens is GM for HP Health Solutions Germany, a Limited partner of SHS VI Healthcare Investments GmbH & Co. KG, member of the investment advisory board of Scale-Up Fond Bayern and member of the board of directors of Resistell AG.

• ​Tom Straßner is a partner in Dentons' Munich office and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He has many years of experience in advising on corporate law matters and in particular venture capital, private equity and M&A transactions. Tom has advised on numerous international and cross-border transactions and restructurings of companies and corporate groups. His clients include international investors, family offices as well as (privately held and listed) companies ranging from high-growth start-ups to industry leaders in various sectors, including asset-focused and manufacturing companies as well as in the information technology, healthcare and life sciences sectors.
