Work is being rewritten. HR should be one of the people holding the pen.
Less noise. More useful conversations. Better work, shaped together.

A small table. A good conversation. A topic worth thinking about. and always great coffee

Melbourne MicroMeet is a deliberately small gathering for people in HR who want to step away from the noise, compare notes and think together about what’s changing in work.

No big stage. No polished panels. No obligation to have all the answers.

Just a handful of people, a useful question and enough space for a genuinely interesting conversation.

In Melbourne, we’ll bring together HR practitioners and leaders to explore the changes shaping work, the choices they’re making, and what they’re learning along the way.

Come curious. Leave with better questions, useful connections and a few ideas you can take back to work.
