Welcome to our special edition Unplug & Play - a picnic in the park at Lake Merritt, Oakland! There will be food and drink and we encourage you to bring your favorite munchies too. We will have some breakfast foods like croissants, and Vietnamese sandwiches. Arrive on time to ensure you get food!!
Escape the digital grind, leave your cell phone at the door, and do a mini digital detox at Lake Merritt with us...and bring your mom! This event gives the opportunity to enjoy friends and family on a Sunday morning, surrounded by screen-free mingling with a community of like-minded people!

This event carves out dedicated time in your schedule to put away your cell phone, unwind, connect, and rediscover the simple joys of life in community. Whether you’re catching up on hobbies, meeting new people, or simply enjoying some quiet time, this is your opportunity to embrace the unplugged life.
IMPORTANT LOCATION MEETING INFO - We will have a balloon of some sort to flag where we are sitting (likely a picnic table). If you type in Lake Merritt Labryinth (500 Bellevue Ave, Oakland) into google maps it will take you to the area we will meet at.
