​Breaking 7% is a networking group dedicated to women in healthcare investment and business development roles.

​Over the last decade, women's representation in GP roles within our industry has ranged from 5-12%. Breaking 7% was initially established in the US to build stronger foundations among women across the industry and foster professional growth. After successfully bringing this initiative to Europe in 2023, we have held events in London, Paris, Amsterdam, Zurich, and Copenhagen, and we will continue our commitment with another dinner in Munich.

​This intimate gathering will bring together 25 exceptional women for a unique opportunity to connect, share insights, and drive greater representation of women in healthcare investment and business development roles across Europe.
