Equals organiseert evenementen, trainingen en programma’s met beperkte capaciteit. Om die reden hanteren wij een terugbetalingsbeleid dat duidelijk en eerlijk is voor zowel deelnemers als organisatoren.

Bij annulering door de deelnemer gelden de volgende regels:

Als een evenement door Equals wordt geannuleerd of verplaatst, heb je altijd recht op volledige restitutie van het betaalde bedrag. Je wordt hierover per e-mail geïnformeerd.

 met je naam, het evenement en de reden van annulering. Indien van toepassing, storten wij het bedrag binnen 10 werkdagen terug op je rekening.

Dit terugbetalingsbeleid wordt ook getoond op de evenementpagina’s van Equals. Per evenement kunnen aanvullende voorwaarden gelden; deze worden dan apart vermeld.

If you cancel your participation, the following conditions apply:

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Equals, you are entitled to a full refund. You will be notified via email.

 with your name, the event name, and the reason for cancellation. If applicable, your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

This refund policy is also shown on Equals' event pages. Some events may have additional or different terms; these will be clearly stated.
