MEL Support Meeting: From a project idea to a monitoring plan, with Tom Billington

​How to go from a project idea to a structured process for monitoring your success? This journey from conceptualizing a Theory of Change (TOC) to developing a comprehensive Monitoring Plan is essential for ensuring that your project not only stays on track but also achieves its intended outcomes.

​Tom Billington will guide you through the critical steps of translating your TOC into a practical and effective monitoring framework. We will discuss how to identify monitoring questions, set indicators, and create a reasonable plan for collecting data.

​Every month The Mission Motor organizes discussions and lectures on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning for animal and vegan advocacy charities. We talk about challenges, share knowledge, and develop a community around MEL-related topics specifically to helping animals.
