Optimizing Resumes for ATS and Human Screening: Co-op Bootcamp Session

​Join this session to learn how to optimize your resume. Students who attend will:

• ​Understand what Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are and how they are used by employers

• ​Hear from an NU co-op employer, Ansys, about how they screen applications for co-op students and interns

• ​Develop targeted resume strategies

• ​Effectively use tools to test and improve your resume

• ​Gain hands-on practice customizing your resume

​This session will feature an employer guest speaker, Brittani Griffin, Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ansys.

​This session is part of the Co-op Bootcamp Session series, and is only available to students who are on their co-op recruitment term.

​Students can choose to join in-person (classroom 1526) or virtually through the Zoom link after registering.
