​Building a meaningful career often changes our relationships. Some friendships deepen. Others fade. Sometimes ambition creates unexpected loneliness, competition, or distance—even among women who genuinely want to support one another.

• ​The magic formula for initiating better opening conversations

• ​The challenges of friendships ending, and how to acknowledge and ending (and how painful it can be).

​Plus, I've invited a few guests to join us and share ideas about friendship and what's worked for them (one of them writes for the NYT and another has a bestselling book on friendship!).

​And hopefully you meet a few wonderful women you can stay in touch with, too.
