No equipment needed - just wear your regular office clothes

Meet Your Instructor:
Dana is a powerhouse coach with an incredible story. She's one of the first five women in history to squat 700+ pounds, a National Champion All Star Cheerleader, and lifetime athlete. After overcoming stage-two kidney cancer and five abdominal surgeries, she's dedicated herself to helping others transform their lives through simple movement. With 20+ years of corporate experience, she understands the unique challenges of staying active in an office environment.
