Seattle Nonprofit Capacity Roundtable (Invite-Only)
Description:
This is a small, invite-only roundtable for Seattle-area nonprofit leaders to compare notes on the real capacity bottlenecks holding back impact—staff bandwidth, operations, reporting, fundraising ops, and the “systems that break when one person is out.”
This is not a webinar. It’s a guided peer discussion designed to surface patterns, share practical tactics, and help participating organizations leave with clearer next steps.
What to expect (75 minutes):
Lightning intros: your #1 capacity bottleneck
Guided discussion: where time and momentum are getting lost
Peer share: what’s worked (and what hasn’t)
Facilitated synthesis: key patterns + practical next-step options
Optional follow-on: request a short fit call for orgs that want structured support
Who should attend:
Executive Directors, Program Directors, Operations/COO-type leaders, and nonprofit managers responsible for delivery and capacity.
Capacity: Limited seats to keep the discussion candid and high-quality.
Invite required (approval-based):
Request an invite when you register. We’ll confirm attendance to keep the room aligned and interactive.
Notes:
Cameras encouraged (conversation format)
No recording (to keep it candid)
You’ll receive a brief summary of themes after the session (no attribution)
