This is a small, invite-only roundtable for Seattle-area nonprofit leaders to compare notes on the real capacity bottlenecks holding back impact—staff bandwidth, operations, reporting, fundraising ops, and the “systems that break when one person is out.”

​This is not a webinar. It’s a guided peer discussion designed to surface patterns, share practical tactics, and help participating organizations leave with clearer next steps.

​What to expect (75 minutes):

• ​Guided discussion: where time and momentum are getting lost

• ​Peer share: what’s worked (and what hasn’t)

• ​Facilitated synthesis: key patterns + practical next-step options

Executive Directors, Program Directors, Operations/COO-type leaders, and nonprofit managers responsible for delivery and capacity.
