The first Burpee Battle turned out to be surprisingly fun.
We weren’t quite sure what would happen.
Some people came to compete. Others came simply to watch. Even the founder of Mushanghai jumped in to give it a go.

Several of the strongest performances of the day came from women who simply showed up and gave it everything they had.

So we’re bringing it back.
