Direct to Consumer ecommerce channel workshop for ecommerce managers, or operators with decision-making authority over website design and shopper experience.

Lunch Q&A with Swym, sponsor of the workshop.
Workshop outline
Part 1:
Understand how to setup experiments that reveal what your customers really want from your website. Combine insights suggested by visitor data with the keen perspective of a veteran CRO expert.
Go through a real-time conversion audit of your ecommerce website to identify specific recommendations.
Part 2:
Apply the concept of intent-based marketing to your site: using signals shoppers have already given you to decide who gets the follow-up and when — instead of demographics or past purchases. With help from Swym, your store can get a shopper intent score and identify gaps you can fix before BFCM.
