Sweat & Socialize | Few Good Friends & RippedPHL
We're teaming up with Ripped PHL and Jax Cafe for a feel-good morning of movement and connection. Your ticket includes:
A 45-minute Sculpt Lab class at Ripped PHL
A curated goodie bag filled with fun surprises from our partners
Coffee on us! Enjoy a coffee after class
Social time with other Philly women as we walk together to grab coffee and hang out
Whether you're coming with a friend or showing up solo, this is your chance to try something new, get a great workout in, and spend your Saturday morning alongside other Philly women.
We'll kick things off with Sculpt Lab, a 45-minute heated, mat-based strength class designed to isolate, activate, and sculpt your entire body. Expect slow, controlled movements that target your core, glutes, arms, and posture muscles using ankle weights, resistance bands, and light dumbbells. It's a great opportunity to challenge yourself, move your body, and start the weekend feeling good!
But the fun doesn't stop when class ends! After our workout, we'll grab our goodie bags and head out together for coffee. We'll have time to hang out, chat, and get to know one another. Because sometimes the best part of trying something new is the people you meet along the way.
Things to Know:
Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and to get settled before class
All mats and workout equipment are provided
