Event Participation Agreement & Event Waiver

By registering for and attending EO Calgary events, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

A late cancellation or no-show fee of $100 CAD may apply per person (including any registered guests), depending on the cost and nature of the event.

Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of the EO Calgary Learning Chair.

Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

I understand that participation in EO Calgary events may involve inherent risks associated with travel, venues, activities, or interactions with others. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

I hereby release and hold harmless Entrepreneurs’ Organization Calgary Society, its board members, officers, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from my participation in EO Calgary events, except where prohibited by law.

I grant EO Calgary permission to use my name, image, voice, or likeness in photographs, video, or other media captured at EO events for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, without compensation.

By registering for an EO Calgary event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
