​*** Sara suddenly started having panic attacks & anxiety of unknown origin, and has tried many things to remedy her chronic issues. Through FC work, she found that her anxiety stemmed from her grandmother's feelings of safety in WW2.

​*** Ever since the beginning, Kevin was always a tired person. No matter how much sleep he tried to get, he was always tired and lacked excitement for life. He started feeling more disgruntled and resentful after his 7th year in his 9-5. Through FC work, he found out he inherited his father's PTSD when it came to money and resources, immigrating to another country.

​*** In her business, Ingrid had a sneaky suspicion about her pattern surrounding saying yes to every opportunity without boundaries. And feared that without help, it will lead her down her old burnout patterns. Through FC work, she came to the awareness that her mom carried an ancestral pattern of boundary-less positivity and optimism as a blind spot.
