We open with a guided embodiment warm-up by Vita from Czech Expat Club to arrive fully in the body before we go into the mind.
Your host Polina, a sexual wellness ambassador and the founder of Amoréa and nympho life, will take you on a journey through understanding desire, how it shifts across relationship stages, and the real reasons passion dims over time. More importantly, we'll explore how to revive it. We'll unpack the meaning behind fantasies and draw on erotic inspiration from literature, cinema, and intentional intimacy practices.
The evening will continue with guided conversation prompts to help you share your sensual wants and needs, an erotic journaling exercise, and curated reading and film recommendations to take home.
