You know how these business events usually go.
You show up, you watch a few polished people present, you clap, and then you stand at the edge with a drink talking about the weather until it feels acceptable to leave 🙄
This one works differently!
3 to 4 speakers get 6 minutes each to test an idea that is not finished yet. While they speak, you score them live from your phone on presence, clarity, storytelling, opening and connection. The numbers go straight on the screen and Chris coaches the speaker through them in front of you.
So you are not watching but you are the feedback.
What you take home:
A much clearer picture of why some people hold your attention and others lose it in 30s, because you watch it get measured in real time
2 or 3 conversations worth following up on, and we help with that by moving everyone to new seats after the break

The name comes from the caves you built out of pillows as a kid. Same rules apply here.
