Tending the IMPACT Builder: Inner Practice as Infrastructure
This is a private, invite-only roundtable convened by Karuna Advisory Impact (KAI) and Nguyễn-Phương Family Foundation (NPFF) AT ONE IMPACT WEEK 2026 | Singapore.
Transformation is carried by people, and people wear out. The regenerative economy taking shape across this region rests on a small number of builders: those who have held coalitions for decades, turned extractive plantations back into living land, rewritten law so that enterprise could serve, built capital systems on inherited traditions of mutual care, protected reefs alongside the communities who live from them, made urban ground productive again, and returned dignity to people the market discarded. None of it is sustained without an interior life sturdy enough to hold it. Almost none of it is funded on that basis.
