About Event
Liberating Structures are a set of practical structures designed to include and unleash everyone in a group — from the quietest voice to the loudest one.
In this session, we won't just talk about them. We'll experience a few firsthand, reflect on what they unlock, and explore how they can reshape the way L&D professionals design and facilitate learning.
About Andreia:
Andreia Carvalho works as a facilitator, trainer, and coach in the field of human development. After 17 years in the corporate world in finance, she decided to pursue what she is truly passionate about: human development and relationships. Her work is grounded in Nonviolent Communication and Liberating Structures.
