Cultivating Your 2026
As we move into the new year, this is an opportunity to get clear on the habits, mindsets, and relationships that you want to cultivate in 2026.
We won't be focusing on setting goals in this workshop, but instead looking at what helps you build sustainable energy to move forward in 2026.
This workshop is about self care 2.0 - being intentional about how you manage your energy, recognizing that every 'self' exists in community, and that self care is so much more than bubble baths (spoiler alert: it actually starts with boundaries!).
We'll start with a guided centering/meditation exercise, learn a simple somatic technique to tap into your body's wisdom, do some guided journalling, and reflect on what you've found you need to fully thrive.
