FirstGen Founder Breakfast: Vince Jeong (Sparkwise) on GTM signals vs. noise
Overview:
Join us for a breakfast conversation with Vince Jeong, CEO of Sparkwise. Vince leads a gen AI company in the adult education space. He raised a seed round end of 2022.
In this conversation, we'll discuss what it takes to GTM with a product and know which cues to listen to. What is a signal versus noise? How do you know when to double down with limited resources versus pull away? Vince will speak through:
His tactical advice for how to craft a GTM strategy in a crowded space
His perspective on how you test your GTM approach to see if it's working, and how to leverage data in doing so
How to think through founder-led sales and GTM testing
How he reads cues and feedback to determine where to invest resources
