About Event

​Nikki Win will lead a practical session on pilots, partnerships, and commercialization pathways in healthcare. Nikki is a healthcare commercialization and growth strategist and former founder of Metafold Therapeutics, a biotech company spun out of UCSF. She currently advises early-stage startups across health tech, biotech, diagnostics, and digital health, and serves as a Mentor-in-Residence supporting founder communities and university innovation programs.

​This session will cover the following topics:

  • ​Steps from prototype → pilot → market in healthcare

  • ​Light overview on regulatory and compliance requirements

  • ​Partnership models with providers, payers, and industry stakeholders
