​Who’s in the conversation?

​Emre Büyükkılıç is Chief Representative UAE at the Investment and Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye. He brings over 16 years of experience working with international investors, sovereign wealth funds and corporates on cross-border investment, strategic partnerships and market entry.

​His experience spans the UAE, GCC and Southeast Asia, including leading Türkiye’s investment representation in Singapore. He also supports startups through mentorship and market-entry conversations, bringing an institutional perspective to founders’ growth and expansion decisions.

​Rohan Bansal was previously an Investment Director at a €150M European VC fund, his investment experience includes €50M+ deployed and two exits. Today, he helps founders strengthen their investment case, prepare their materials and run a structured fundraising process.
