This is not a typical networking event.
Begin with connection and intention, then choose how you want to engage: receive constructive feedback, pair up for accountability, or just chat and eat with a new friend.

This is a FREE event, at no cost to you.
A Safe Space: A judgment-free zone to share your story or simply listen.
Community: Connect with 10–12 other women navigating similar paths.
Clarity: A structured but gentle conversation to help you reset your mindset for the week.
Nourishment: Enjoy your lunch together.
Tactical Support (Optional): Bring your laptop if you'd like to swap feedback on your resume, cover letter or interview prep during our flexible working session.
Who Should Attend: Mid-career women (7-15 years of work experience) who are currently unemployed, between roles, or actively considering a career pivot.
