About Event
A working session for a small group of Rochester-area CEOs — a firsthand look at how an OCTET peer group actually works.
Most CEOs never get a room where the only agenda is their hardest problem. This session gives a small group of leaders a real taste of the OCTET format: structured peer input, direct challenge, and zero sales pitch.
Come with a live issue you're working through — leadership, growth, delegation, or whatever's actually on your desk this quarter — and leave with perspective from CEOs who've sat in your seat.
This is an in-person event at a Rochester City Center venue shared only with participants. You must be registered to attend.
