Koala Uncovers: Identity

​Join us for the first edition of Koala Uncovers — a fireside series exploring the workplace through the neurodivergent lens.

​This month, in celebration of ADHD Awareness Month and Black History Month, Valerie Oyiki, product leader and founder of Koala for Work, is joined by Your HR Bestie, Desola Franklin for an open conversation about identity and neurodivergence in the workplace.

​Together, they’ll uncover how race, gender, culture, self-perception and bias influence disclosure rates, belonging and what it truly means to be supported in professional spaces.

​Whether you’re neurodivergent yourself, an HR professional, a manager or simply curious about creating more inclusive workplaces, you’re invited to bring your questions and an open mind as we break stigma, say the unsaid and pull back the layers that limit understanding.
