​You won't know where you're starting until the coordinates drop. You won't know the route — you'll have to solve it. And you definitely won't know where you're finishing (though there's a pub involved).

​Run Unknown is a one-night-only mystery run through Christchurch CBD, built by Frontrunner Colombo in partnership with On. Team up with a mate, follow a 5K route written entirely in riddles, hit checkpoints that only reveal the next clue once you've cracked them, and finish somewhere you definitely didn't expect.

​How it works:

• ​Teams of two — grab a running partner

• ​Start location revealed 24 hours before the event

• ​Route is a series of riddles, not a map

• ​Three checkpoints, each unlocking the next

• ​Finish line is a mystery pub (all will be revealed)

​What's included:

• ​You're Entry ($15 per person)

• ​On technical tee

• ​A finisher's pint at the mystery pub

• ​A shot at the podium — 1st $200 cash, 2nd $150 cash, 3rd $100 cash

​Capacity capped at 80 runners. No exceptions, no late entries once we're full.
