I can't stress this more. Burnout never screams: "Hello, I am here, do something!" Rather it manifests in different areas of life, slowly sucking energy and joy from day to day life. This talk will get deeply personal, as I will share my own experience with burnout. My breath was a great ally in my story, helping me identify no longer ignorable need for major shifts in my personal and professional life.
