Lead as a Manager-Coach

​A hands-on workshop for leaders who want to coach their teams, not just direct them.

​Most of use weren't trained to coach. We were trained to solve problems, give direction, and have the answer.

​But the leaders people actually want to work for do something different. They ask better questions. They listen longer before jumping in. They create space for their team to think, instead of doing the thinking for them.

​In this half-day workshop, you'll learn how to bring a coaching mindset into your everyday leadership, from 1:1s to team meetings to the hallway conversation where someone needs five minutes of your time.

​What you'll walk away with:

• ​A clear read on when to push (direct) and when to pull (coach)

• ​Real practice, not just theory. You'll work in small groups and try these tools live
