About Andrea
Andrea holds a degree in Psychology with a specialization in Criminology, and after a couple of years working as a criminologist, she moved into event production, where working with ever-changing teams made her fall in love with team dynamics. While exploring how teams (and she herself) could work better, she discovered Human Design: a tool that gave her a compass to find her own direction, make clearer choices, and decode her own language. Today she's the founder of Work Decoded, where she uses that same compass to help professionals and teams build a way of working that is already theirs.
