In sync with Dr Serena - Your 30s, Your Options
You’re warmly invited to Goji Physiotherapy’s next “In Sync With...” session - an intimate and practical conversation for women who want to better understand their fertility options, their bodies, and the choices available before having children.
For this session, we’ll be joined by Dr Serena Koh, Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist at The O&G Specialist Clinic, who will share a clear and approachable medical perspective on fertility in your 30s. Together with the Goji Physiotherapy team, we’ll explore egg freezing, IVF, natural conception, fertility screening, pregnancy preparation, and how to physically support your body before, during, and after fertility or pregnancy-related decisions.
You do not need to have everything figured out. The aim is to help you understand your options early, ask informed questions, and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
We’re grateful to The O&G Specialist Clinic for generously hosting this session and providing a welcoming space for this important conversation.
This afternoon is perfect for:
Women in their late 20s to mid-30s who are curious about their fertility
Women considering whether to wait, freeze their eggs, or start trying
