Join us for a conscious dance journey at Valour Community Bar, an alcohol-free event to explore freely without performance, pressure, or expectations.
We’ll begin with grounding exercises, open into free movement, and land with a gentle closing circle.
No dance experience is required. Every body, identity, and expression is welcome and celebrated 🌈
