• ​How to know when you're ready to start applying versus when you need more clarity first

​Kacie Bartimus has spent over 10 years in corporate talent leadership, currently serving as Sr. Director and Head of Talent at a CPG manufacturing organization. She has changed careers twice, and sat across the table from hundreds of high-performing women wondering if this is just how it is.

​She coaches senior women in corporate through her practice, Ring True, which focuses on career alignment and clarity. She works with women to figure out what they actually want, before they start optimizing their resume for a role that might not be the right one.
