​About the Session:

​If you're a manager or leader trying to ride the wave of change in your org - this one's for you. With roles blurring, and organizations stumbling through their AI awakening, it's important to have a few tools in the shed dedicated solely to assess where your team is at, tactics for redefining ownership before disengagement sets in, and - best case scenario, turning cross-functional chaos into visible leadership currency.

​Attendees will leave with: an alignment session you can run with your team in the coming week, a framework for leading role transitions, and some renewed motivation for turning around their Q3.

​About the Host:

​I have spent a decade across PMM and growth roles in the scrappy startups of TLV. Each new pivot or adoption of new tool called for a re-establishment of my leadership and team, but beyond that - it called to create cross-functional influence oftentimes without direct ownership. This session is based on all that I got wrong, and what I hope I got right, in ensuring I was the one manager in the room that could ease through any company transition without much worry, and ensure the IC's in my team came out stronger, with more responsibility, and a sense of perspective of how to show up to work when everything else feels chaotic.
