Core and More Pilates Events

At Core & More, we’ve built a community. We see familiar faces at each event, but we know not everyone truly knows each other yet. This new addition is about changing that.

We start with a Pilates class to move and energise the body, then continue the morning at a local café. Instead of rushing off, there’s time for coffee, conversation, and real connection. 

It’s about turning a shared class into a shared community, meeting new people, building friendships, and creating something that goes beyond the mat.
