Join us for a fun, relaxed women only Sports Day designed to bring women together through movement, sport, and community.
Whether you’re looking to try something new, get active, or simply enjoy a day out in a supportive environment, this event is open to all fitness levels. No previous sporting experience is needed - just come as you are!
