Latin Heat: Bad Bunny Hot Sculpt & Recovery
On Saturday, July 25th, 1% Women brings the latin heat to Numa Studio. Dune.j (@dune.j) is bringing her signature hot sculpt mat pilates experience — set to Bad Bunny — direct from @hotnationstudios in Eindhoven to Amsterdam. A dynamic class designed to build lean strength and definition, followed by the recovery your nervous system actually wants: sauna and ice bath.
The Experience
Welcome — 10:00 Matcha, coffee, and low-key background music to settle into the space and connect with the people around you.
Hot Sculpt Mat Pilates — Led by Dune.j (@dune.j). A dynamic class set to Bad Bunny, designed to strengthen and define through controlled movement, breath, and precision.
Sauna + Ice Bath — After the heat of the class, the shock of ice followed by the slow warmth of sauna. Recovery the way your nervous system actually wants it.
Goodies — Every attendee goes home with a curated goodie bag to continue the ritual at home.
