Wednesday night in Naples. We meet at 20:00 in front of the Villa Floridiana gates, Via Domenico Cimarosa 156, Vomero.
What to expect:
• Group warm up
• Sprint intervals, run in waves so every pace has a group
• Start and finish at the park gates
No bag drop. Bring only what you can run with.
Free and open to everyone. First time? Arrive ten minutes early and find a LACE crew member.
